Adam Rakovský began his legal carrier as assistant to the Vice-President of the Constitutional Court and entered legal practice in 1999. In 2003, he established his own law office, which gradually adopted the present form through the incorporation of further associates. He has been active in legislation and in the academic sphere (MU in Brno). He specializes in transactions, mergers & acquisitions, public auctions, execution and procedural law in general. He is the author of a prestigious commentary to the Act on Public Auctions published by the C.H. Beck publishing house and dozens of articles in the professional press. He lectures regularly both for lawyers and for the professional public (CCA, health insurance companies, banks).

Richard Merkun has extensive experience in the public sector, especially in tax administration. Since 2001, he has been active as the lawyer, where he has employed his experience in the area of administration of taxes and fees, including their recovery, and concentrates on recovery and administration of claims and enforcement of creditors’ rights in general. He has long been concerned with contract law, real estate transactions and procedural law, especially recovery of claims and exercise of creditors’ rights through court actions, preliminary injunctions, bankruptcy, execution and public auctions. He also specializes in law relating to bills and cheques. He publishes articles in the professional press in these areas.

Martin Uzsák commenced his professional career in the Prague office of the Deloitte consulting company, in the Tax & Legal Department. He has been active as the lawyer since 2001. He is concerned mainly with commercial and corporate law, with emphasis on business companies, mergers & acquisitions, securities and competition law and also published articles in the professional press in these areas. He also has substantial experience in dealing with insolvency and litigations.
